Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 41, comma 4 – Transparency of the national health service – Publication and access to environmental information
1. Regarding environmental information, the greater protection provisions already provided for in Article 3-sexies of the legislative decree remain unchanged 3 April 2006 n. 152, by law 16 March 2001, n. 108, as well as by the legislative decree 19 August 2005 n. 195.
2. The administrations referred to in the article 2, comma 1, letter b), of legislative decree no.. 195 of 2005, they publish, on its institutional sites and in compliance with the provisions of this decree, the environmental information referred to in the article 2, comma 1, letter to), of the legislative decree 19 August 2005, n.195, that they hold for the purposes of their institutional activities, as well as the reports referred to in the article 10 of the same legislative decree. This information must be given specific importance in a specific section called "Environmental information".
3. The cases of exclusion of the right of access to environmental information referred to in the article are reserved 5 of the legislative decree 19 August 2005, n. 195.
4. The implementation of the obligations referred to in this article is in no case subordinated to the stipulation of the agreements referred to in the article 11 of the legislative decree 19 August 2005, n. 195. The effects of any agreements already stipulated are without prejudice, if they ensure levels of environmental information higher than those guaranteed by the provisions of this decree. The power to stipulate further agreements pursuant to the same article remains unaffected 11, in compliance with the levels of environmental information guaranteed by the provisions of this decree.
4. The list of accredited private healthcare facilities is published and updated annually. The agreements reached with them are also published.
