Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 23 – Publication obligations regarding administrative measures
1. Public administrations publish and update every six months, in separate partitions of the «Transparent administration» section, the lists of measures adopted by political bodies and managers, with particular reference to the final provisions of the proceedings:
a) authorization or concession;
b) choice of contractor for the assignment of works, supplies and services, also with reference to the selection method chosen pursuant to the public contracts code, related to jobs, services and supplies, referred to in the legislative decree 12 April 2006, n. 163;
c) competitions and selective tests for the hiring of staff and career progression referred to in the article 24 of legislative decree no.. 150 of 2009;
d) agreements stipulated by the administration with private entities or other public administrations.
2. For each of the measures included in the lists referred to in the paragraph 1 the contents are published, the object, any expected expenditure and the details relating to the main documents contained in the file relating to the procedure. The publication takes place in the form of a summary sheet, produced automatically when the document containing the deed is created.
