Article 17 , comma 1,2 – Obligations to publish data relating to non-permanent staff
1. Public administrations publish annually, within the scope of the provisions of the article 16, comma 1, data relating to staff with non-permanent employment relationships, with an indication of the different types of relationships, of the distribution of this personnel among the different qualifications and professional areas, including the staff assigned to the offices of direct collaboration with the political bodies. The publication includes the list of holders of fixed-term contracts.
2. The public administrations publish the data relating to the overall cost of personnel referred to in the paragraph on a quarterly basis 1, divided into professional areas, with particular regard to the staff assigned to the offices in direct collaboration with the political bodies.
