Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 31, comma 1 – Publication obligations regarding data relating to controls on the organization and activity of the administration
1. Public administrations publish, together with the documents to which they refer, the findings not acknowledged by the internal control bodies, of the administrative and accounting audit bodies and all findings even if acknowledged by the Court of Auditors, concerning the organization and activity of the administration or individual offices.
