Article 34, comma 1 e 2 – Transparency of information burdens
1. Ministerial or interministerial regulations, as well as general administrative provisions adopted by State administrations to regulate the exercise of authorizing powers, licensors or certifiers, as well as access to public services or the granting of benefits, contain in an annex the list of all information burdens on citizens and businesses introduced or eliminated with the same acts. Information obligation means any information obligation or fulfillment that involves collection, the processing, the transmission, the conservation and production of information and documents for the public administration.
2. Without prejudice, where applicable, publication in the Official Journal, the acts referred to in the paragraph 1 are published on the institutional websites of the administrations, according to the criteria and methods defined in the regulation referred to in the article 7, commi 2 e 4, of the law 11 November 2011, n. 180. Art. 13 – Publication obligations concerning the organization of public administrations.
Note
Information obligation means any information obligation or fulfillment that involves collection, the processing, the transmission, the conservation and production of information and documents to the Public Administration.
