Article 16 , comma 1,2 – Publication obligations concerning the staffing and cost of staff with permanent employment contracts
1. Public administrations publish the annual account of personnel and related expenses incurred, referred to in the article 60, comma 2, of the legislative decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, within which the data relating to the workforce and staff actually in service and the related cost are represented, with an indication of its distribution between the different qualifications and professional areas, with particular regard to the staff assigned to the offices in direct collaboration with the political bodies.
2. Public administrations, within the scope of the publications referred to in the paragraph 1, highlight separately, data relating to the overall cost of permanent staff in service, divided into professional areas, with particular regard to the staff assigned to the offices in direct collaboration with the political bodies.
