Article 20, comma 2 – Obligations to publish data relating to performance evaluation and distribution of bonuses to staff
2. Public administrations publish data relating to the size of the average bonus achievable by managerial and non-managerial staff, the data relating to the distribution of the ancillary treatment, in aggregate form, in order to account for the level of selectivity used in the distribution of rewards and incentives, as well as data relating to the degree of differentiation in the use of rewards for both managers and employees.
