Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 26, comma 1 – Obligations to publish grant award documents, contributions, subsidies and attribution of economic advantages to individuals and public and private bodies
1. Public administrations publish the documents with which they are determined, pursuant to the article 12 of the law 7 August 1990, n. 241, the criteria and methods which the administrations themselves must follow for the granting of grants, contributions, financial subsidies and aids and for the attribution of economic advantages of any kind to public and private persons and bodies.
