Art. 32, c. 2, became. a, Art. 10, c. 5 – Publication obligations regarding the services provided
2. Public administrations, identified the services provided to users, both final and intermediate, pursuant to the article 10, comma 5, they publish:
a) the costs accounted for, highlighting those actually incurred and those attributed to staff for each service provided and the relative trend over time;

5. For the purposes of reducing the cost of services, the use of information and communication technologies, as well as the consequent savings on labor costs, public administrations annually identify the services provided, to both end and intermediate users, pursuant to the article 10, comma 5, of the legislative decree 7 August 1997, n. 279. The administrations also ensure that costs are accounted for and that the actual costs and those attributed to staff are highlighted for each service provided., as well as monitoring their progress over time, publishing the relevant data pursuant to the article 32.
