Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 25 – Publication obligations regarding controls on companies
1. Public administrations, in a detailed and easily understandable way, publish on their institutional website and on the website: www.impresainungiorno.gov.it:
a) the list of types of control to which companies are subject based on their size and sector of activity, indicating for each of them the criteria and the relative methods of implementation;
b) the list of obligations and obligations covered by the control activities that companies are required to comply with in order to comply with the regulatory provisions.
