Article 19 – Competition notices
1. Without prejudice to other legal advertising obligations, public administrations publish competition notices for recruitment, in any capacity, of personnel in the administration.
2. Public administrations publish and constantly update the list of ongoing tenders, as well as that of the tenders carried out over the last three years, accompanied by the indication, for each of them, the number of employees hired and expenses incurred.
