Article 12, comma 1 e 2 – Publication obligations concerning acts of a regulatory and general administrative nature
1. Without prejudice to the provisions for publications in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic by law 11 December 1984, n. 839, and related implementation rules, the public administrations publish on their institutional sites the regulatory references with the related links to the rules of state law published in the "Standards" database that regulate their establishment, the organization and activity. The guidelines are also published, the circulars, the programs and instructions issued by the administration and any deed it has in general on the organization, on functions, on goals, on the procedures or in which the interpretation of legal rules that concern them is determined or provisions are laid down for their application, including codes of conduct.
2. With reference to the statutes and regional laws, that regulate functions, the organization and carrying out of activities under the responsibility of the administration, the details of the updated official documents and texts are published.
