Legislative Decree 33/2013 – Article 26, comma 2 – Art. 27 – Obligations to publish grant award documents, contributions, subsidies and attribution of economic advantages to individuals and public and private bodies
2. Public administrations publish the documents granting grants, contributions, subsidies and financial aid to businesses, and in any case of economic advantages of any kind to public and private persons and bodies pursuant to the aforementioned article 12 of law no. 241 of 1990, of an amount exceeding one thousand euros.
Art. 27 – Obligations to publish the list of beneficiaries
1. The publication referred to in the article 26, comma 2, necessarily includes, for the purposes of the paragraph 3 of the same article:
a) the name of the company or organization and the respective tax data or the name of another beneficiary;
b) the amount of the economic advantage paid;
c) the rule or title based on the attribution;
d) the office and the official or manager responsible for the relevant administrative procedure;
e) the method followed to identify the beneficiary;
f ) the link to the selected project and the CV of the person in charge.
