Art. 13 c. 1 became. b,c – Publication obligations concerning the organization of public administrations
1. Public administrations publish and update information and data concerning their organization, accompanied by reference documents, including regulatory documents. They are published, among others, the relative data:
b) to the articulation of the offices, the skills and resources available to each office, even at a non-general managerial level, the names of the managers responsible for the individual offices;
c) to the illustration in simplified form, for the purposes of full accessibility and comprehensibility of the data, of the administration organization, through the organization chart or similar graphic representations.
